This place offers perfect views in a nice area with plenty of restaurant options, and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

The room we had included central heating, television, and a mini fridge bar. And there was a perfect view over city. It was a comfy and unbeatable location for us, so close to trains and restaurants and Central Station of Napolis.

The room was well-kept and beautiful, had it's own balcony and a kettle:)))

We only stayed here for one night because time was tight, but everything was top-notch. the location was spot-on, close to plenty of restaurants and places to eat 🍽️.

our recent stay at florestine napoli was absolutely amazing. we had such a wonderful time celebrating a friend's wedding in naples, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. the location was perfect, close to the train station and surrounded by great eateries. the newly renovated room was comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. overall, it was a perfect stay.

The room at Florestine Napoli was clean and had a perfect view from the balcony. We were really surprised by the attention to detail, with the host providing coffee capsules, milk, sugar sweets, and water. Despite some homeless people in the neighborhood, they were not aggressive at all. The location was ideal for exploring the cities near Naples, and the host, Virginia, was very helpful and kind. it was an amazing experience to live like a local.

clean - modern, and stylish apartment in a great location right beside Napoli Centrale train station. The host was very helpful and met us upon arrival. The room had everything we needed - including a coffee machine and treats. It was lovely having a balcony with a great view. a fantastic spot for a one or two night stay.

Free WiFi, yay! Views of the "charming" city were quite something. Couldn't get enough of it! Chiesa dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo is a staggering 1.2 km away, just a hop, skip, and jump!

Did I mention walking? Oh yes, the "lovely" exercise opportunity of being 3 km away from Museo Cappella Sansevero, totally worth it.

Had an amazing Easter stay! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the fact that there was great wifi and a fridge in the room. The staff were super helpful and recommended some awesome places to eat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to all the main sights. Definitely a huge advantage!

The area wasn't the best and felt a bit dirty and loud. However, it was worth staying for a couple of nights.
